Accounts and Finance Manager

Accounts

1. Ensuring All accounts are up to date at any given time
2. Ensuring all compliances are done well in time( GST, TDS etc)
3. Providing receivables (ageing) to concerned persons and tracking overdues
4. Ensure providing Due Payable weekly and process payments timely
5. Managing all group companies books of accounts
6. Keeping Partner’s personal accounting and balance sheets up to date
7. And other day to day work related to accounts .
8. Timely update all dependent departments with required information.

Finance 

1. Providing Projected Cash flows to management in start of month
2. Providing previous month’s Balance sheet 
3. Making sure product groupwise profitability is reported

Reports / MIS

1. Providing weekly reports for projected vs actual cash flows 
2. Providing MTD and YTD reports for sales and purchase
3. More reports as per need of company 

Qualifications of candidate applying for this position -           

1. Bachelor’s Degree 
2. Experience in handling accounts and Finance of a manufacturing company independently  
3. Must have good understanding of  ERP system
4. Good working experience in Excel sheet/ Google Sheet, MIS creation
5. Technology savvy, Proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites (doc, sheet, slides)
6. Well presented and articulate
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and business understanding 
8. Organized and focused in daily rituals
9. Coordination skills
10. Attention to detail
11. Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 
12. Years of experience (Essential/Must, Desired/Good to have) – 10 years 
13. Candidate should have worked with employers like – at Manufacturing Plant 

Advance Excel, Google Sheet, Technology savvy, GST, TDS, Google Suites Etc. Qualification: B.Com
