Area Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the white-label and contract manufacturing business within the assigned region.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients, including cosmetic brands, startups, distributors, and exporters.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer retention.
• Conduct product presentations, showcase manufacturing capabilities, and lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives on a regular basis.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentable, target-oriented and Willingness to travel. Qualification: MBA/Graduate
