Job Description
- Engage customers by providing personalized beauty consultations and recommending products based on their needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the beauty products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently educate customers.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling beauty products, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store and beauty counters are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and ensure product displays are always well-presented.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and enhance customer experience.
