Job Description
Making reconciliation statement for construction materials, funds and bills.
Analyzing all engineering activities for all internal and external departments.
Efficiently working towards quantities and material reconciliation.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors on estimates.
Tendering
Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
Prepare & process subcontractor bills
To take & check the measurement from the site engineer/site
To get work done as per the protocol of the company
Review the quantities item listed
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
Checking/taking measurements at site
Bill certification from client.
