CS Inter-Compliance Executive

Managing ROC compliances, ESOPs, share capital injections, and company incorporations.
Advising directors and other senior leadership team members on legal, financial, and/or strategic issues both within and outside of meetings; educating them on corporate governance issues.
Staying informed about any changes to statutes or regulations, as well as any policies, that may have an impact on the organization.
Ensuring that approved and current policies are followed.
Creating reports.
