Job Description
Dispatch planning of outgoing shipments
Arranging and Coordinate with transport for timely loading
Material loading safely as per the Invoice.
Managing the unloading of stock at site.
Physically check materials against the bill
Following up with the transporters and labour.
Complete documentation after dispatch
Timely reporting to the DEPT HEAD
