Export Merchandiser Furniture | NOIDA

The Export Merchandiser will be responsible for the execution of DeMuro Das export orders right from order placement to the shipment of the goods. The position will report directly to the company director and will involve coordination between various departments to ensure orders are correctly completed within a given time frame. The Export Merchandiser’s role will encompass the following: 

1. Communication:  Prepare quotes and orders from international clients, communicate order status and update on delays, shipment dispatch details etc. 
2. Order Processing: Fill out order sheets, assign SKUs, and manage paperwork and maintaining reports relating to orders.
3. Planning Orders and Tracking: Worth with production teams on planning order fulfillment and track orders between different departments, update directors on order status and keep international clients informed of production timelines and any potential delays. 
4. QC: Responsible for final inspection of assembled items and sign-off on QC forms.
5. Dispatch: Ordering crates and packing supervision, planning shipments on schedule and coordinating with freight companies to arrange dispatch.  

Job requirements: Excellent written and good spoken English. High organizational skills and attention to detail. 4-6 years’ experience in export of luxury life style goods, ideally furniture.
