Factory Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Manager to oversee our production operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production processes while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Job  Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
2. Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
4. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
5. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
6. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
