Manager –Assurance

We currently are seeking qualified candidates in the Internal & Statutory Audits Vertical. For the right individual, this provides an excellent opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic firm and develop practical knowledge of Internal & Statutory Audits and working in a high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of qualified and semi qualified people
• Motivate & identify key talents, coach, mentor and supervise team members
• Develop an understanding of Quality and Risk Management procedures, and ensure these are embedded in to the engagement team's work.
• Work closely with other managers to explore new engagements
• Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of clients
• Delegate work successfully.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training.
• Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery plus Contribute to technical & soft-skills training.

Technical skills requirements

• Qualification – Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards.
• Knowledge of IND-AS implementation concepts
• Good working knowledge of SAP, Oracle with a preferable exposure to other customised ERPs.
• Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation Skills
• Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing effectively in English

PQ Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant post qualification experience with either mid-or top-tier accounting firm
• Experience of audits of listed companies or large companies with turnover exceeding 500 Cr would be an added advantage.
