Merchandiser

• Manage the complete order lifecycle from buyer communication and follow-ups to approvals, production execution, and on-time delivery of orders.
• Coordinate closely with buyers to secure timely approvals for samples, pricing, and production milestones while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Liaise with internal teams including production and sourcing to finalize costing, manage MOQs, and ensure feasibility as per buyer requirements.
• Ensure timely sign-offs at every stage of the order process, including sampling, trims, fabrics, and production readiness.
• Monitor production progress and proactively address risks related to timelines, quality, or supply constraints to ensure on-time shipment.
• Maintain strict quality standards by coordinating with quality and production teams and ensuring buyer specifications are adhered to.
• Work with sourcing and vendors to align production plans with buyer commitments and delivery schedules.
• Handle regular follow-ups and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and closure of orders.
• Leverage prior experience with Indian value retail brands to manage expectations, execution challenges, and volume-driven business models effectively.
