Operation Manager -Podcast

We are seeking a detail-oriented Podcast Coordinator to oversee the production and management of our pharmaceutical industry podcasts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics, and coordinating with the podcast team to deliver high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of podcast production, including scheduling and logistics.
• Arrange guest appearances, including travel and accommodation as required.
• Oversee the setup and execution of recording sessions, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.
• Work closely with the podcast team to ensure all content meets industry standards and objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of podcast production, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely release of podcast episodes and adherence to the production schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in podcast production or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with podcasting equipment and software is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a coordination or management role within the podcasting or media industry is advantageous.
