Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our reputed client team at Narela Delhi 40. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in the production of mechanical devices. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify any issues or defects.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and techniques to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols among production staff.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular production reports and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
