Job Description
- Handle Healthcare/Hospitals School/Campus/institution projects independently from concept development to final execution.
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand and deliver project requirements.
- Manage consultants and align all stakeholders for smooth project progress.
- Oversee site activities and ensure timely and quality execution.
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and execution plans.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and compliance.
- Work on hospital, institutional, and large-scale projects as an added responsibility.
