Sr. Quality Engineer | Automotive Component | Manesar

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Quality Engineer within our automotive and assembly line division. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in quality systems and problem-solving tools, including 7C, 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and hands-on QMS working knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead quality assurance activities across production and assembly processes
2. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans using 8D methodology
3. Manage and coordinate PPAP submissions in line with customer and regulatory requirements
4. Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for process validation
5. Support internal and external audits related to QMS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5+ years of quality experience in the automotive industry
2. Strong command of quality tools: 7C, 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC
3. In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
4. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
