Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules within the factory.

Oversee and guide a team of factory workers, monitoring their performance, providing training as needed, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and maintenance, to address production challenges, implement process improvements, and ensure overall operational success in the factory.
