Team Leader (C&F)

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
Work closely with central warehouse, to maintain inventory levels in line with the expected customer demand.
Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations and track performance against targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in warehouse management and logistics.
