Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services, effectively communicating features and benefits.
Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, update databases with relevant information, and follow up on leads to contribute to the overall sales and customer relationship management efforts.
Good Communications, MS Office etc. Qualification: Graduate
