We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tool Room In charge to join our client team in the automotive and assembly line division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in aluminium casting, zinc casting, and plastic moulding tools, with a strong focus on tooling maintenance, precision, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day tool room operations including tool development, maintenance, and troubleshooting
2. Supervise tool design, manufacturing, and modification for casting and moulding applications
   Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of tools and dies
3. Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to optimize tooling performance
   Implement improvements for tool life, accuracy, and production efficiency
4. Required Skills and Qualifications:
5. Strong knowledge of tooling processes, CAD/CAM design, and assembly line support
6. Effective leadership and team management skills
7. Ability to handle multiple tooling projects with tight deadlines
8. Proven experience in aluminium and zinc casting, and plastic moulding tools
9. Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the automotive or related industry
